Luxelane LA does not store or retain your full card number on our servers. We store your Stripe Customer ID and Payment Method ID for booking verification purposes. These are tokenized identifiers managed by Stripe and do not contain your actual card numbers. You may request deletion of these identifiers at any time. - Usage data: basic information about how you interact with our website, such as pages visited
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your booking requests
- Communicate with you about your reservations, including confirmations and updates

Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our business:
- Google Maps: used for address lookup, route calculation, and distance estimation. Your pickup and drop-off addresses are sent to Google for this purpose. Google's privacy policy applies to their processing of this data.
- Email service: we use EmailJS (emailjs.com) to send booking confirmations and communications. Your name and email address are shared with this provider solely for delivery of these messages.

The following third-party services process personal data on our behalf:

- Google Calendar — scheduling and availability
- EmailJS (emailjs.com) — booking confirmation emails

Data Retention
We retain booking records and associated personal information for legitimate business purposes, including accounting, customer service, and legal compliance. Specific retention periods are as follows:
